Services

Support that shows up. Scope that stays explicit.

IT concierge for small businesses in any industry — starting with a discovery call and a separately scoped environment assessment, then Managed IT with clear inclusions.

00 · Entry

Environment assessment

A separately scoped look at your systems before ongoing support begins. The public Calendly link books an introductory discovery call — not a paid assessment.

Assessment differentiators: systems and application inventory; technical administrators and business owners; mission-critical systems and dependencies; prioritized risks; and a proposed severity-based support plan. Numeric service times and coverage hours are agreed during scoping — not promised up front.

Assessment scope and fee are agreed in writing before that work starts. Whether assessment is paid, complimentary, or credited toward Managed IT is confirmed with you at that time.

  • Systems / applications register with admin and business owners
  • Mission-critical tiers and dependency notes
  • Prioritized findings and risk themes
  • Proposed severity framework (Sev1–Sev4) for mutual approval
  • Inputs for a Managed IT support proposal

Managed IT & Concierge

An IT concierge for growing teams: one partner who owns follow-through — desks that stay productive, systems that deploy cleanly, vendors that get managed, and an IT budget you can defend.

Coverage details, onsite frequency, tooling, and severity targets are agreed during scoping. Ownership of architecture guidance, vendor posture, and escalation judgment stays close to the engagement.

  • IT concierge: single point of accountability for tech issues
  • Desktop and remote support for in-scope users
  • Onsite coverage on an agreed cadence — not unlimited / not 24×7 by default
  • System deployment & PC / network rollouts as scoped
  • Enterprise vendor coordination & renewals
  • IT budget planning and spend clarity
  • Baseline monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, and backup verification as scoped
  • Minimum engagement ~8–10 users
